At Nuun, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Nuun product you purchased from www.nuunlife.ca or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Nuun 120-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
How To Claim The Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please call one of our experts at 855-426-6886 (855-h2o-nuun), email us at email@example.com, or submit a request through our website at https://nuunlife.ca/pages/returns-exchanges and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. For purchases made directly from nuuncanada.com, please retrieve your order confirmation email.
If your request is approved, you may need to mail (1) your Nuun product (if you are requesting a refund) or a photo of your Nuun product (if you are requesting a replacement product), (2) a proof of purchase, and (3) your Guarantee approval confirmation number to:

You must submit your Guarantee request within 120 days of the date of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product, proof of purchase, and other supporting information to Nuun. If you purchased your product directly from nuuncanada.com, you are not required to mail in your product or provide a photo of your product.
Nuun reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the Nuun 120-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
