Refund policy

If you are interested in a return or exchange on your purchase for whatever reason, we’re here to help! To request a return or exchange, please fill out this form.

Refunds for purchases made at nuunlife.com will be processed within 7-10 days of the request, using the original payment method. For exchanges, items will be shipped within 7-10 days. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: 

• We may require you to return purchased items to us before a refund or exchange can be issued. 
• Items marked final sale cannot be refunded or exchanged. 
• We are not able to offer a refund or exchange for product purchased outside Canada. 

Please note that returns or exchange requests must be made within 120 days of receiving the product.
