Nuun & Company, Inc. (“Nuun,” “we” or “us”) is committed to maintaining the privacy and protection of your personal information. This privacy policy tells you about how we collect, use, and disclose information about you when you visit or use our website (nuunlife.ca) and other online products and services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”), sign up to receive our emails, participate in a contest or survey, enroll in our ambassador program, purchase our products, contact our customer service team, engage with us on social media, or otherwise interact with us.

Who May Use the Website

The Site is not intended or designed to attract users under the age of 13. Nuun does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13. If you are under 13, please do not register for the Site or provide us with any personal information.

For example, we may make inferences about your location based on your IP address or infer that you are looking to purchase certain products based on your browsing behavior and past purchases.

Please be aware that the Site may contain links to other websites on the internet that are owned and operated by third parties. We cannot control this collection of information and Nuun is not responsible for the privacy policies of such websites. Advertising and Analytics Services Provided By Others

We allow others to provide analytics services and serve advertisements on our behalf across the web. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Site and other websites and applications, including your IP address, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and conversion information. This information may be used by Nuun and others to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on the Site and other websites, and better understand your online activity. We do not have access to or control over information collected by outside advertisers on the Site. Updating and Accessing Personal Information
